All items are shipped from the United States.

Duties and taxes for international orders are prepaid by us. If you are charged, send us the receipt at customer@enroutejewellery.com and we will refund you.
If an order is returned due to an invalid address, reshipping fees apply: $6 USD (US/UK/Europe), $7 USD (Canada/Australia), $9 USD (rest of world).
Order Changes & Cancellations You can cancel or update your order as long as it has not been shipped. Contact us as soon as possible at customer@enroutejewellery.com.
Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. International orders may take 3–10 business days before tracking updates appear.
Returns & Exchanges We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. For defective items, we accept returns within 100 days of delivery.
To start a return or exchange, email customer@enroutejewellery.com. All returns must be authorised by us before sending items back. Items must be returned in original condition.
US customers receive a free return label. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds Once we receive your return, please allow 10–15 business days for processing. Refunds are issued to your original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference.
Warranty Within 100 days of receiving your order, if any quality issues arise due to manufacturing defects, we will provide a free replacement. This does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or unauthorised modifications.
